microFunding really does give Inventors a
better chance of making serious money from their ideas; but
it is not a guarantee. Without microFunding it's a bit like
winning the Lottery; with microFunding, it's like getting a
Lottery prize: a lot easier, but still a 'one-in-several'
chance. |

The law and practice of protecting
Intellectual Property is well defined.
Inventors must be very careful not to disclose their ideas
to anyone (other than qualified professionals - see below)
without a clear ‘Confidentiality Agreement’, also called a
‘non disclosure agreement’. A draft version of such an
agreement is downloadable from this site. |
Be very careful when describing your idea in public; if
you have ANY CONCERNS AT ALL about telling anyone about your
idea, don’t do it. Get professional advice first. Failure to
observe this caution might reduce the value of your idea to
ZERO.
This note does NOT apply to Patent Agents, Intellectual
Property Attorneys or
Lawyers who are all already committed by their professional
codes of ethics to
maintain confidentiality.
You can always call our helpline
which connects you to a microFunding
Intellectual Property specialist who is guaranteed to maintain
your confidentiality. But be warned: this is a premium
rate number so be brief when you speak - our experts are very
expensive and we do need to cover costs, but we are not trying
to get you to pay too much. |
